16. How do Purelyco subscriptions work?
When you choose a Purelyco subscription, you are signing up to receive the selected product on a recurring schedule based on the delivery frequency shown at checkout.
Your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date unless you cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription before the renewal charge is processed.
Subscriptions are optional. When available, you may choose a one-time purchase instead.
17. Can I cancel, pause, or skip my subscription?
Yes. You may cancel, pause, skip, or modify your subscription through your customer account, subscription portal, or by contacting us at support@purelycowellness.com.
To avoid being charged for your next order, subscription changes must be completed before your next renewal charge is processed.
Canceling your subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not automatically cancel, refund, return, or stop an order that has already been charged, accepted, prepared, packed, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.
18. What is the 30-day money-back guarantee?
Purelyco may offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on certain eligible products, subscriptions, bundles, or promotional offers.
Unless a product page or offer page clearly states otherwise, the Purelyco 30-day money-back guarantee applies only to the purchase price of one eligible item from your first eligible order and must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
The guarantee does not apply to repeat orders, subscription renewal orders, additional quantities beyond one eligible item, future purchases, shipping charges, taxes, digital products, free gifts, promotional bonuses, duplicate claims, fraudulent claims, excessive refund requests, or abusive refund behavior.

19. What if my order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing an item?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, missing an item, or otherwise appears to have an issue, contact us within 30 days of receiving the product.
Please email support@purelycowellness.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your claim is approved and the issue is deemed to be an error on our part, our fulfillment partner’s part, or the carrier’s part, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, reshipment, or another reasonable solution.
Do not return any product without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for a refund, replacement, or reshipment.
20. What if I have trouble receiving my free digital product?
From time to time, Purelyco may offer free digital products, recipe ebooks, downloadable guides, or other digital bonuses with eligible purchases or subscriptions.
If you are eligible for a free digital product but have trouble receiving it, accessing it, downloading it, or locating the access instructions, contact us at support@purelycowellness.com.
Our support team will review your order and, if eligible, provide a code, link, or other instructions so you can receive the digital product.
Free digital products, ebooks, guides, downloads, and promotional bonuses have no cash value and are not eligible for refund, return, exchange, or substitution unless required by law.
